About boots and long skirts

Here it is, the time for wearing the boots is back again. This year I opt for a classic model with an interesting touch. And in today’s publication I decided to combine them with this season’s trend: the long skirts.
The truth is winter is far from being my favorite season. So, I have my little tricks that help me experience it more easily. One of these tricks is the choice of nice clothes and shoes to boost my winter spirit and mood. For the current season, I chose classic riding boots in black by my favorite brand – Högl. What immediately won me, except the fact they are super comfortable, is the massive chain that complements their silhouette. I think they are a great pick because they can practically be worn absolutely anywhere and look gorgeous as well as put together with skirts and dresses and with trousers.
They are complemented by a long skirt and metallic bomber jacket by talented designer Iva Grigorova. She is one of those young people who combine precision with knowledge and skills, both for fashion and trends and create quality and unique models. By the way, I’ve known Iva since we made the Le T de Style competition, and she was one of the winners. The skirt and the bomber are part of her collection Heart of glass. A collection combining three generations of New York rebels together with references to Paris and Dior’s silhouettes. Pretty cool, is not it? 🙂
It was an interesting experiment for me to combine the different parts into a whole look, based on contrasts.
