Thessaloniki

I’m getting up early and I’m going off. Thessaloniki is so close. I travel and imagine the White Tower, the coastal boulevard with bars and restaurants and Aristotelis Square – my final destination.
I want to drink a cup of coffee and just breathe the local air. We leave the car in the parking lot.
The city is casual and chic at the same time. That’s how I feel. A man’s white shirt put on quickly in the morning. Pleated skirt with a statement print and stylish stiletto sandals. Playing contrasts.
I walk around and am happy. I am window-shopping shoes that are not sold anywhere else and I buy a statement Greek bracelet with an eye.
Happiness is often only a few hours away.
