Sofia Fashion Week SS16

Sofia Fashion Week second edition started with quite an ambitious agenda and some fresh ideas. A number of bloggers were invited to be front-row media partners of the event.
I visited 3 out of the 5 days of SFW – day 1, day 3 (dedicated to young fashion designers) and day 5 – the closing ceremony.

Personally I liked the presentation of lingerie and swimwear selection by My Lingerie by Provoque, introducing brands like L’Agent by Agent Provocateur, Heidi Klum intimates, Stella McCartney, Moschino and Aubade.

Nikolay Bozhilov presented his new collection Black Space, which stands out with clean and perfect cuts, combination of black and silver and metallic elements integral part of each model overall look concept. FYI, this is a topic to be continues – so, keep following the blog!
М2V – the three charismatic ladies behind the brand demonstrated once again their signature approach when creating their slow-fashion collections with an impeccable selection of fabrics.
And this combo goes straight into my wishlist 😉
I appreciated to approach and high-quality of production of collections by VAIPS by Petya Dimitrova and Dan Ginkov.

As for day 5 held in presence of Fashion TV, I think it would have been nice to add some local and exclusif fashion content instead of showing the very beautiful, yet already seen current collections of Valentino and Ermanno Scervino…
