Movies I will watch this Christmas

Actually, I am sharing the movies I will be watching starting from Christmas till the New Year. (Some of them maybe even twice!)
Every year, with Christmas approaching, I become very romantic. I can watch movies all day long, drinking coffee, that shifts to wine from a certain moment on, wearing my velvet gown and hanging around the house with messy hair and bare feet. I also love thinking of presents and planning trips to dreamy destinations.
In other words: total laziness and romance. 😉
So, my movies are:
The Holiday – yeah, I know, you did not expect that one 😉
(My ex-boss in France was saying Jude Law’s parents have bought a house in the village of her parents. She used to say, Jude was also visiting them quite often. We went there twice, but…we never met Jude there.
Love is there, if you want it to be. You just have to see that it’s wrapped in beauty and hidden away between the seconds of your life. If you don’t stop for a minute, you might miss it.
A very close school friend of mine gave me that movie as a birthday gift some time ago. Briefly, it is about a guy, who after broke-up starts suffering from insomnia. So, he decides to trade his time for money and starts working night shifts at a local supermarket. There is also a romance and the movie is shot in a very beautiful way!
French movie, luxury, la Côte d’Azur, Vanessa Paradis and Romain Duris, starring as a professional hearth-breaker. But, only if women are in an unhappy relationships!
A story about contemporary gold-diggers à la française – starring Audrey Tautou and Gad Elmaleh. Ultra-luxurious.
Actually, I adore watching movies taking place in sunny spots because that reminds me, no matter how annoying is cold weather, it will eventually come to an end.
No holiday or a day off is complete if I don’t watch (a bit) Devil wears Prada. And, since I am in romantic mood, here is a moment I especially like – they are young, beautiful, well dressed and… in Paris!
