Longer days mean shorter skirts

Give me a little black dress, denim shirt and a pair of gorgeous sandals and I’ll travel the world! I’ve been thinking how to combine key elements of the wardrobe in a successful way no matter the season (if you are in Sofia now, you know what I mean). Today’s post is about an easy yet spectacular outfit composed by:
- LBD
- Denim shirt
- Sandals with interlaced straps
Some basic tips here:
The LBD: it is better to opt for a dress which is a bit shorter (within the comfort zone)
The shirt – In terms of colors it should be more saturated – almost dark-blue
The silhouette: it is always great to slightly accentuate it – in this case by casually tied shirt on the waist
The accessories – long necklaces with spherical elements are a big hit this summer. I think you cannot make faux pas no matter how you combine them – so, make this investment. The principle here: 2 is better than 1!
The clutch – in this outfit it is good to opt for something more colorful to put an accent on the overall look
The shoes – the ideal is to be sandals . In my case I’ve chosen a model with platform which is extremely comfortable and easy to walk with from the summer collection of Deichmann – Graceland brand.
Bonus: when choosing models in bright colors , there is no sharp difference between the shoe and the leg and the silhouette looks elongated ; )
This look can be combined with several types of shoes:
Elegant model with heel and laser-cut strap around the ankle; Foodbed sandals in nude with sparkling elements; Leather-look espadrilles ; Silver-flower embellished sandals .
To me, they all look gorgeous – I’ve event tried them on all!
